Please allow between 1-3 business days for order processing. Hoodies will be shipped within 3-4 days.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@strangemellow.shop.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. 
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive you returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

5. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outline above and place a new order for the desired item. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days or receiving your order. We will provide a solution, including a replacement or a full refund.
